The Pflugerville Public Library offers meeting space to non-profit organizations of three or more individuals. Person reserving the room must be a resident of the City of Pflugerville.

There are a number of areas in the library suitable for individual or group study. The JoAnne Thornton Conference Room is reservation only. A combination of large meeting rooms are also available for reservation without charge.

The Meeting Room Guidelines include, but are not limited to:

  • The group or organization must be non-profit and include three or more individuals and be a resident of the City of Pflugerville.
  • Any activity held in a meeting room must be open to the public.
  • The room may not be used for social gatherings such as showers, birthday parties, dances or religious services.
  • Solicitation, admission or other charges, fundraising activities or sales by groups other than the Library are not allowed.
